Hollow zirconia sphere bricks are fabricated by sintering of high temperature using fused stabilized hollow zirconia sphere as starting material , via molding. They have many advantages,such as high temperature resistance (max. usage temperature≥2200),high strength ,good thermal insulation, various acid-base erosion resistance and thermal shock stability.
